Newly remodeled OCEAN FRONT one bedroom, ground floor condo. Enjoy breathtaking nightly sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage from your private lanai. This fully equipped condo features a custom kitchen with granite counter tops and a peninsula that doubles as a bar or workstation. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Kuleana Resort before and really loved the view, location & community. Our Unit had everything we needed. From the kitchen being equipped and enough bath & beach towels for our week. The only thing we wish our unit had 2 more chairs on the patio to enjoy sitting for happy hour with our 2 family members who also rented a unit at the resort. Our unit was nicely updated and clean. We were clearly given all the instructions as well on how to enter unit, where gate keys were, and how to leave the unit before we left. Very pleased with no issues which made our stay in Maui memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Kuleana 405, and would go back. Perfect location in complex steps from the Ocean. Spectacular views from the lanai sipping coffee in the morning and a nice glass of wine for the sunset. Older condominium complex, but this unit has been re-modeled and very comfortable. Well furnished for a week's stay at the beach. Nice gas grills a few steps around the corner if you want to eat in a few of the nights.Epic Realty was very responsive to whatever we needed. Nothing major, but a few items needed attention and they took care of them quickly. Thank you Epic team!
