Edgewater Tower 2 Unit 912 is a beautiful corner condo in the highly desired vacation destination of Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. You won't ever want to leave this fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 9th floor condo that sleeps 10! The gulf-facing primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bath. You'll find a king-size bed and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom. The third bedroom houses two full-size beds and a flat screen TV. This condo has two additional full bathrooms, one with a glass walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination.

Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf greet you in Edgewater Tower 2 Unit 912’s living room. Sink into the sleeper sofa and watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. Great Condo

The condo was very comfortable with lots of space. the resort amenities were great. The condo was clean, just a little outdated. I would stay here again. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because as advertised the supplies are bare minimum. otherwise it was great

Maintenance is a joke

Overall, the condo wasn't too bad. Definitely outdated and in need of upgrades, but had plenty of space. The biggest concern was on our second night, we came home from dinner at about 8 and one of the bathroom's ceiling had collapsed. I immediately called the service number and sent pictures. They said they couldn't send anyone until the next day! We were treated like this was no big deal even after numerous calls and texts explaining the situation. I still have not received anything from the company regarding this extreme inconvenience. Do better Southern Vacation Rentals. We will NEVER rent from you again.

Great condo. The property has plenty to do and easy access to everything there. Drinks and food are wonderful It’s in the second tower. Could use more elevators for sure.
