Home is centrally located just north of Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and just south of Spanish Springs Town Square. Rental includes Wi-Fi/internet and a Guest ID so you can enjoy the amenities at the pools or recreational centers to enjoy pickleball, shuffleboard, corn hole or horseshoes. Activities such as cards, yoga, dancing are also available at the recreation centers. If you would like access to golf courses you must pay trail fees, which range from Executive courses to Country Clubs. Home has a remodeled kitchen and newer appliances. Come experience the Villages Lifestyle today! Minimum of a 4 night's stay required.

Nicely furnished home is located a short drive from the town squares that have grocery stores and also close to golf courses.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect spot. Very close to many Executive Golf Courses. Located between Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and Spanish Springs Town Square as well as restaurants and shopping a short car ride away.
