Dolphin Cove VRBO Stay

Apartment style VRBO property. Nice size kitchen with living room and dining room space. Perfect set-up for my husband and me. We were in town for a family wedding and were very satisfied with the property. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and the town center.

Very clean and quiet

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. Everything was very clean. Although we onky stayed one night, the apartment had all of the amenities ro stay a long period of time. The location is close to many areas of entertainment.

Convenient Stay

Was in town for a law conference and enjoyed the location to stores and the Inn and Club at Ponte Vedra. It's worth noting that this apartment is on the second floor of a residential home. Nice and quiet neighborhood with no issues of parking or disturbances from the residents though!

This property is not actually 2 bedrooms - there is a bed in a large walk-in closet in the 1 bedroom. While the unit was clean it did not smell good, especially the shared entry way. Both mornings of my stay, I was awakened by the downstairs tenants opening and closing the garage door at 630am which is very loud in the unit. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants.

If of course, you're looking for a beautiful location in Ponte Vedra Beach, then you are at the right place! Few blocks from the TPC PGA Tour and Golf resorts and about 10 minutes to the Town Center Mall. The apartment is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms 1 living room , including internet, TV, utilities, and a large kitchen with accessories.

What makes this property unique

Only the Main Entrance is shared between UNIT 1 and UNIT 2. Other than that the Apartment is completely Independent. There is no interaction with other people
