650 Square Ft. of Ocean Front Paradise, This Condo is in the Heart of Jax Beach!

Located on 1st Street North and 9th Ave North, Directly facing and directly on the Ocean, this 1 Bedroom Unit sleeps 4 ( sleeps 10 if you rent both) . Guests can use the Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It is a quiet location surrounded by lots of action just a few short blocks in either direction.

This unit (26) and unit 28 (directly above it ) can be rented together as there is an internal shared access door that connects the two units together to sleep larger groups up to 10 people. there is a pin pad for access to connecting the two beachfront condos together.
as long as the calendar for each unit allows.

We have been designated a Premier Host!!!
