Adagio B-203 Beach Front 4/3 - Beautiful Unit with Beautiful Views!

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful four bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble back splashes, a gas stove, and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats eight with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

We came for a week with out family. Very roomy and loved that we all had our own bathroom. We also loved the ocean view on the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The heated pool and huge hot tub were wonderful. It was a little cold in March for using the big pool but it looked really nice.The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the recliners. I would highly recommend this condo.

The only complaint I have is with property management. The person (young girl) who answered was very rude.

We have rented through all the possible options , Southern Vacation rentals, VRBO, Tour Friebds at the beach and straight from Adagio. Hands down u choose going directly through Adagio! The room this year was beyond expectations! We had 9 guests and rented B203. Four bedroom beach side condo. It was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen was completely stocked!The fridge was huge and fit all our groceries with room to spare !Communication was great and we had the best week !I can’t say enough about this place! Would recommend to anyone!!It’s become our family’s tradition to stay at the Adagio and B 203 will be on our list to stay in again and again!

However B-203 was absolutely filthy. $4800 to stay in a unit that was in that kind of shape is beyond ridiculous. When we arrived, within one hour everyone in our unit's feet were black. I have a one year old that still mostly crawls and her hands, knees and feet were black. I did contact the Adagio management and they did send someone to clean the floors but it was just a quick mop. These floors need deep cleaned. My children lost a few things under the furniture and we discovered food and crumbs under the furniture along with cockroaches. I could not believe what I was seeing. I took pictures of one of the cockroaches and sent to adagio management and never heard anything back. The very next morning I had another cockroach run across the floor in the master bathroom. I took another picture and sent to adagio management and still haven't heard anything back. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The property was well kept but the pool was dirty. The condo wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Very dirty throw rugs scattered about. Coffee pot leaked water every day. Kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. We had to sweep tons of sand out of the bedrooms before we could even unpack. Biggest complaint was the uncleanliness after having to wait until a 5:00pm Checkin, which seemed extreme - they claim the late check in is due to extra cleaning but we did not experience that.
