Super nice place. Needs some cosmetic stuff like paint, drywall repair (small spots), and definitely new weather stripping on the front door. The parking and getting to your actual condo was a bit confusing with the different elevators for the parking deck, the lobby and the rooms. The entire place was super clean and everyone was so nice. Would definitely stay again and we are currently planning out next trip.

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and spacious. The view was perfect. The location was so convenient to Pier Park and amazing restaurants. The host was gracious and responded well. We will definitely be back.

Right on the beach. There are 2 pools, one on the each and one across the street. Decent for the money.

Summer Vacation

Beachfront room, ideal for a couple or small family. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to get you a good start on the week. Beach access was very easy! Close to a lot of great restaurants!

Beach Stay

We came down to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the location and view of the beach from our room. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Only thing was the second bathroom was missing ceiling tiles so you could see the piping of the room above.

Great condo

Our stay was great. It took us a while to figure out all the elevators. I’m glad we were on the 5th floor since we ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time. But overall, we had a nice vacation.

Labor Day break

Walking distance to several restaurants and arcade for a rainy day. Super easy beach access. Beautiful ocean view. No blanket for the pullout couch and some minor repairs needed in the bathroom but overall plenty of room for our family of 5. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The only mishap was we had an issue with our dryer, and we were supposed to be notified upon the service tech coming out. Tech came, and we were never aware. No actual complaints at all from Sourthern!

Great area. Went a few days to get away, rest and relax. We did exactly that. Condo had a few issues. Main issue patio door is EXTREMELY hard to open/shut. It is still a nice place.

Wasn’t impressed with condo

We weren’t impressed with the condo. The patio door was broke, air didn’t work very well, no blankets, etc.

Go ahead! Book Room 528

* PROS* Great location, within a short walk to the beach. Walmart and Target are just a few miles away, gas station, ice cream and pizza across the street. Beautiful view, the condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. We did not have to wait long on the elevators and the pools/hot tubs are great! My daughter loved the Starbucks, I loved the gym and my husband loved the tall chairs on the balcony and how comfortable the master bed was. We definetly would stay here again.* CONS* Upgrade the main TV to a smart tv, add a trashcan to the second bath and fix the hairdryer in the master bathroom and why is there not a ramp on at least one of the walkways to the beach? We watched people from our balcony struggle with wagons, strollers and there is no way a person using a wheelchair could access the beach at Emerald Shores.

Disappointing

The hair dryer is broken and does not work. There was mold in both of the bathrooms. One bathroom had broken pieces on both sides of the shower and the shower curtain had mold all over it. Both bathroom shower heads had mold on them. The bathroom sink in the master bathroom would not drain properly. All of the sheets on the beds were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them. The towels and wash cloths provided were visually dirty and had to be washed before used as well. Very disappointed in how dirty this place was when we paid a good amount of money to stay here.

Good day Mallory, thank you for taking time out of your day to review the property. We are sincerely sorry to hear of the issues you deal with during your stay. This is not our Southern standard and we sure do not want our guests thinking so. We do not show that any of these issues were reported while you were in house with us. We just ask that you always report them so we can address them as soon as possible and you can go about your vacation as planned. We have passed your feedback along to our property manager to ensure these are not ongoing issues. Despite these issues, we hope that you will come back and give us another chance to host you. That way we can show you a true 5-Star Gulf Coast experience. Thank you, Your Southern Team
