The beach/ocean view was excellent. Had a few small issues with condo such as the sliding door was very hard to open, ceiling fan squeaked and had to empty a bucket under the furnace. These issues were brought up to the property manager. Our overall stay was great. I would book it again.

The room was dirty and several things were wrong. Handles were off of cabinet doors, remote had to be replaced. Pans dirty and not enough kitchen stuff. Very disappointed.

It wasn’t a terrible place to stay BUT we did have issues. When we first got there we called and the person on the other end said it wasn’t ready we had to keep calling and then finally got the code to our room. We never got codes for the beach access sent to us or the WiFi info. I had to keep calling for things which was very irritating. The kitchen had very minimal pans/ cookware. There was also nothing to use to get your items out of the oven with so we had to get creative. The pool that was pictured was not the pool we had access to. The balcony door needs some serious help because it’s very had to open and my fiancé ended up fixing a few of the door handles in the condo that were about to come off/ didn’t work properly.

We had a wonderful vacation thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We have stayed at Long Beach resort before. The pools are great. The condo was very nice too. We did have a couple of things to mention. The balcony is great but there is very uncomfortable seating. Very limited. We ended up buying two Adirondack chairs from Home Depot just to be able to enjoy it. There are only two high pub tables on the balcony. The bathroom in the master suite had a toilet that would barely flush. It worked but needs attention. The nice big garden tub in the guest bedroom was missing the drain stopper. So we had to buy one just be able to use it. The balcony door in the master bedroom was locked a Would not open. Maintenance did come out and fix that on the second day of our stay. The kitchen was great but was not fully stocked for cooking. It had the basics. The beds were good, not wonderful but they were good enough. Maybe time for replacement in the master bedroom. The light in the closet in the master bedroom was not working. The fan in the guest bedroom had a loud squeak to it. You could not use it. Too loud. Overall, wonderful stay and we would rent this condo again.

I was unable to stay at this Condo. I was made aware a week before my vacation that the building would be under construction. When i contacted Long beach Condominiums I was told that the owns have known and where aware long before i was told. With that being said i had to change condos and was not happy with the view of the new condo since i had view from all rooms in the condo.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Location is great. Easy access on and off the property with 24hr security. On our second day, we had a surprise visit from maintenance who entered the property while we were inside. BUT, I assumed they figured no one was inside after there was no response to the previous knocks - I was on the balcony, my husband was in the room napping, and my girls were in the other room and by the time my 13yr old came to let me know someone was at the door, maintenance opened the door, announced themselves and reason for visit - to fix sliding door that was off track. They offered to return later but it was no problem because the door was off track. They repaired the door in 10 mins or less. Apparently, they were responding to a maintenance order that was placed before our scheduled stay because we were not aware they would possibly be stopping by (unless it was overlooked in email). But, overall, the place is great, just right for our family. Thank you for sharing your home!

For the most part it was a nice place, few little quirks, but they got resolved pretty quick

First and foremost, the company that manages this property was top notch. When we got to the condo, we found that the main door to the balcony would not close. They had some one there in less than a hour, he was not able to fix it, but a few days later another company came in and did fix it. They where excellent and professional with all communications. One thing we did notice, the unit was clean, but the floors where not. Walking around the first two days, our socks and feet where just dirty, I ended up using the vacuum and cleaned the floors myself. There is a ceiling fan in the main room, it worked, but the remote to turn the lights off or on, or to adjust the speed of the fan, was not there. Only other complaint, and this may be me being petty. My wife and I are in our mid 50s, the balcony did have two sets of high top tables with 4 chairs per table. For older people it can be hard to get in and out of those seats, it would of been nice to have one lower table and chairs. We ended up buying a couple folding camp chairs from Walmart. We have been staying at Longbeach resort condos for close to 10 years now, and have stayed in several different units over the years. I would rank this unit 8 out of 10 overall. And if the price was right, would rent this one again.
