Nabízím k pronájmu byt 3kk v Desné II.WI-FI zdarma, Bytová jednotka se nachází ve 9. NP s 2 novými výtahy(rekontrukce 2019), dům také prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí tzn.(zateplení,fasáda, plastové okna, dveře, kamerový systém v domě).Byt prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí, která skončila 12/2022. Kompletní nová elektroinstalace, nové jističe (včetně revize),voda a odpady kompletně nové v plastu.Byt nabízí velkou místnost kuchyň s obývacím pokojem, druhá místnost ložnice a třetí místnost spíše jako šatna,předsín, koupelnu a WC.Byt ještě nebyl obydlen po rekonstrukci, takže vše nové.K jednotce náleží sklepní kóje o výměře cca 2m2. Desná nabízí veškerou občanskou vybavenost(restaurace,obchody,pošta,banka,lekář,kadeřnictví,papírnictví,železářství,stavebniny,elektro,hřiště,škola,školka atd.) a dobrou dopravní dostupnost do centra Jablonce 18 min.Soukromé parkoviště přímo před domem Okolí Desné je rájem zimní i letní turistiky a sportu, sjezdovka Tanvaldský Špičák 5km nebo Černá Říčka 3km, Harrachov 13km a Bedřichov 18km.
