~ THE VACATION HOME ~

Our home is on the cul-de-sac of a quiet coastal community with large homes. So, there’s no noise from traffic or people. This makes listening to the ocean very therapeutic. Enter our property through a large private driveway with free parking for 5 cars. Our entrances are secured by 2 outdoor security cameras which are actively recording. One camera is above the garage door facing the driveway securing our front entrance. The 2nd camera is installed on the side of the house. It secures our side entrance & backyard. These cameras protect our guests & property

You’ll experience the grandeur of our approximately ~3,000 sqft, 2-story home as you enter the main door. Since the house is huge, we also rent this house as 2 separate homes to smaller families.

As you enter the first floor
* on the left is a large living room with a premium sectional couch, an ottoman, a 55” smartTV & a day bed.
* on the right is an 8-seater dining area.
* straight ahead is a large kitchen with access to our gorgeous backyard.
* to the right is the hallway that leads to 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

When you enter the 2nd floor
* on the left is a bright family room with large windows. It has a sofa-loveseat-armchair set, 65” smartTV, a day bed, coffee table & side tables with decorative flowers.
* on the right is an 8-seater dining area with a gorgeous sputnik chandelier.
* straight ahead is another large kitchen with access to a huge sundeck/balcony.
* to the right is the hallway that leads to 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

The living room is spacious with large windows on both sides. It’s furnished with a premium sectional couch, ottoman, a large smart TV, and side tables with many ocean art pieces. The TV stand has an electric fireplace. This creates a friendly & intimate setting for larger groups as well.

There are 2 formal dining areas each with its 8-seater dining table. Together, they can seat 16+ guests! The dining room upstairs has a gorgeous sputnik chandelier. Our home is perfect for large groups or smaller intimate family events.

Our kitchens are large enough to host a massive feast! They have lots of cabinets, quartz/stone countertops & premium appliances. Our kitchens are stocked with cooking essentials including kitchen utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses & more.

The balcony/sundeck & our landscaped-backyard have outdoor furniture. They can each host 6 to 8 guests. So, a total of 16 guests! Our backyard is landscaped with pebbles, pathways, turf & solar-lamps. It’s great for kids too :)

The family/living room upstairs is spacious & has large bright windows. It’s furnished with a premium sofa-set, coffee table, a 65” smart TV, and side tables with many ocean art pieces & decorative flowers. This TV stand also has an electric fireplace. The large windows offer gorgeous views & brighten the space. This makes the perfect setting for a cozy summer evening by the coast.

There are 2 laundry areas. So, you’ll have 2 sets of washer & dryer!


~ SLEEP & SHOWER ARRANGEMENTS ~

* Bedroom 1 (sleeps 4-6) has two king beds. It is on the 2nd floor and has a full ensuite bathroom. It also has a theater with 125" projector.
* Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4) has two double/full beds. It is on the 2nd floor. A full bathroom on the 2nd floor with a shower, toilet & large vanity serves this bedroom.
* Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4) has one queen bed and one double/full bed. It is on the 1st floor and has a full ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2-3) has one queen-sized bed. It is on the 1st floor.
* Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2-3) has one king bed. It is on the 1st floor & has a theater with 125" projector. A full bathroom serves bedrooms 4 & 5 on the 1st floor. This bathroom has a tub, shower, toilet & vanity sink
* Living Rooms (sleeps 2): We have two day beds (twin-sized beds) which can comfortably sleep 2 people.
* 2 Couches (sleeps 2): We have 2 large couches which can be used for sleeping one adult each. Please do not remove the couch covers.
* 2 double-sized air mattresses (sleeps 4): We have 2 double-sized air mattresses that can sleep 4 adults.

* Just a 10-minute walk to Seal Cove Beach, Cypress Tree Tunnel, Moss Beach Distillery, Fitzgerald Marine Reserve & its numerous tidepools.
* Just a 5-min drive to Ross Cove, Princeton-by-the-Sea harbor, Pillar point, Half Moon Bay Jetty, numerous oceanfront restaurants & beaches.
* Sleep listening to the ocean or enjoy your morning coffee with crisp ocean air.

~ HOUSE RULES ~

* No outdoor shoes within the house.
* Do not disconnect or tamper with any connected devices.
* Report damages immediately.
* No open flames. No candles, charcoal/propane grills or fire pits.
* Protect your trip with a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Travel Insurance.
* You must have a working phone number on VRBO.

Occupancy
* No pets
* Correct number of adults & kids required in your reservation.
* Kids above 2 years old must be entered as children (not infants).
* Ask for approval if you have visitors. No visitors if house at max capacity of people or cars. Note: visitors are folks visiting for 2 hours or less. Visitors may not stay overnight.

Large Groups?
* 5 cars is a hard limit. There's absolutely no parking spaces nearby to accommodate more than 5 regular sized cars.
* If you expect more than the number of people on your reservation, please let us know asap. We have accepted up to 18 guests in the past. Each additional person is $25/night when approved before check-in.
* Each unapproved guest or car shall incur a $150/night fee. Outdoor cameras keep count of cars & people.

Parking
* Free parking for 5 cars which is a hard limit. We recommend 4 or less cars.
* No blocking street or neighbor’s driveway.
* Parking boats, trailers, motorhomes, oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles or additional vehicles is strictly prohibited without approval.

Events?
Events, company retreats & professional projects MUST be approved before booking. An event insurance may be required for large group events.
