Newly remodeled vintage bungalow that's equally as cozy on the inside as it is on the out. Dripping with desert charm, this one-of-a-kind home has concrete floors and a fence made of reclaimed doors. The front and backyard are vibrant with desert flora and have ample shade and seating, perfect for BBQs and outdoor dinners. The primary bedroom has a new, very comfortable queen foam mattress, 40" TV, and laundry room. Just a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk to 4th Ave, Downtown, and the University.
