Important before booking: Waters Edge 106S has a one-month minimum stay during winter and a two-week minimum during summer and fall. This is not a weekly rental.

A Gulf-front complex in the northern end of Holmes Beach — elevator access, secured lobby, heated pool at the Gulf side, and a tennis court on-site. The private lanai overlooks the pool directly — the right spot for morning coffee and evening wind-downs without leaving the unit.

The unit sleeps four. The bedroom has a king bed. The living room pullout couch handles the remaining guests. One and a half bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The beach is steps from the complex — a stretch of Holmes Beach that stays less crowded than the main public accesses.

One parking space included. Not pet-friendly.

Waters Edge 106S has a one-month minimum stay in winter and a two-week minimum in summer and fall.

The location is great. The beach is amazing. Very quiet which we loved. The unit itself was nice enough. It’s showing its age a bit but overall was very nice. We will be back!!

Great location and amenities!

Fabulous location. V nice pool. Well maintained landscaping. Comfy bed and pillows. Respectful suggestions to improve comfort for guests: - couch is v uncomfortable; living room has no comfy chairs, they are all straight-backed and/or wicker. - ceiling fans would be really nice - one balcony chair was not able to be used-broken. Overall experience and environment were Fabulous!!!

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Waters Edge for the 3rd time second year at 106, location amazing Condo needs an update from decluttering of items on balcony and books donate them to else where, dishwaser was a worry was very loud could hear it from down stairs needs a service could cause a fire, we also had cocraoches in the kitchen, these condos are very expensiver to rent and this one is in urgent need of some tlc.I would reccommend the location and waters edge but until this condo is updated no as its tired.

Location excellent. View great. Furnishings and towels and sheets plentiful. My issues are: 1)we arrived at night and it was stressful to find where to enter. Directions weren’t clear. Called number and we had to do few calls to finally get in. 2) information about condo rules are confusing and contradicting from on line vs printed rules inside condo. 3)the most disturbing part was the floor:carpet cleaning I put on a clean pair of white Sox each day and it was black at days end without going outside. The shower doors were not real clean and handles were loose. The stove top was all greasy at arrival.

It has all the necessities, and being right on the beach with the pool right next to it can’t be beat! The pool is very nice too, and there are two different places to shower off from the sand. There are also poolside and beachside chairs and loungers, but they can’t be moved out to the beach. The condo does supply two regular height beach chairs and an umbrella, and there’s a nice storage area next to the poolside picnic portico area where condo owners stow away their beach gear overnight. I don’t usually prefer bathtubs which this place has, but this tub has a built-in non-slip feature which works really well. It also has a half bath which I don’t remember seeing in the listing. The furnishings and deco are adequate, though nothing to write home about. And my most critical comment about the place is that the mattress is due for an upgrade which hopefully they will replace soon. Note that the pay washer/dryer is shared by other units on the floor, but it is right next door. That’s both convenient and potentially noisy when others are using it. And my last piece of info is that the parking for this unit is at the very far end of the building; you will pass the parking spots for all the other units along the side before you drive straight into this one. I asked them to add this to the listing info and/or check-in instructions, as it took me three times up and down the area to finally see it.

The unit we were in had no sun during the months of January and February even though units on the south side of the complex did have sun. The unit was not as clean as what we have been used to so we spent a couple days cleaning it up. The furniture was made up of almost all straight back, uncomfortable chairs.The location of the property is very good if you get the right unit.The pool water was very cold for the entire 6 weeks we stayed due to a broken motor.The property manager for this unit did not respond when we said we had a problem, nor did the rental agency.

Location is excellent

This condo is located right on the beach, excellent beach with few people. However, the rules said you cannot dry towels or swimming suits on the balcony railings or racks. We tried to dry them inside, the water dripped and my friend slipped and fell on the floor. She hurt her back really bad. The balcony floor was dirty when we arrived.

Location was absolutely perfect, but...

While we really enjoyed the location on the beach, the condo furnishings lack comfort and the bedroom carpet is in desperate need of replacement. Also, due to COVID, we brought many movies to watch, but no DVD player.
