NOTE: Due to SHORE's strict policy disallowing guests to have visitors, please note that we are not able to change the list of registered names on the day of the check in and any day after that.

If you are bringing a car during your stay, please note that there are 3 options for parking

*Shore 2 Ground level parking P500 daily fixed price (limited slots available, pls reserve in advance)

*Shore1/ Shore2 Ground level commercial parking
-P50 for the 1st 4 hours+ P50 per succeeding hours
-P300 overnight + hourly rate, after 1:30AM

Petron Parking (5 minutes walk from Shore 2)
-P50 for the 1st 4 hours+ 10 per succeeding hours
-P100 over night + hourly rate.

Pool Access:
Shore 2 charges Php150 per person for regular days and P300 for holidays.
(Opens from 6:00AM to 10:00PM only)

Building security is fairly strict, so we'll need to pre-register you before arrival.

We will ask for a copy of your passport (foreigners) or government-issued ID (local guests) to be sent to us prior to your arrival.

Additional housekeeping service is available upon request for a P700 fee which includes cleaning, change of linens and a refresh of the toiletries.

Please schedule at least a day ahead.

**THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND**

Address: Shore 2 Residences is Seaside Blvd. and Sunrise Drive, MOA Complex, Pasay City.

As soon as you book, we will send you a welcome email with all the information you need. It is important that you send us back the information we need (ID, contact info, check-in and check-out time, names of occupants) so that we can take care of all the details for you.

**IMPORTANT**

Please do not move any furniture or household items from their original location or change any settings on any appliances. The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Bed linen can be left unmade if used.
Please empty the fridge and place all rubbish into the large outside rubbish bin.

PLEASE AVOID COOKING FOOD WITH DISTINCTIVE & STRONG SMELL.

SMOKING NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. Penalty of P1000 applies.

UNREGISTERED guests are not allowed inside the unit WITHOUT THE HOST CONSENT. Penalty of P1000 per unregistered guest applies when caught

As per the residences rule HANGING OF WASHINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the balcony area. Penalty applies.

Please be aware this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. It is important to respect our neighbouring units, and it's important to be mindful of excessive noise especially after 10 pm.

We also expect that you respect our unit and treat it like it is your own and PLEASE REPORT any spill, damage, even if it’s minor. We need to know so we can fix it for future guests.
