This duplex is on 1.65 acres but near town and Texas A&M University. Surrounded by trees, you will enjoy the private deck with BBQ pit. Peace and quiet, away from the crowds but close to everything! Ideal for short campus related stays, fire school attendees, vet school associates, travelling nurses! We only accept bookings for 30 days or more. We do not accept undergraduate students. No pets or smoking on property.
There is no dishwasher. Dishes must be washed by hand. We make it easy on our septic system. Price includes electricity, water, trash and reliable high speed internet.

Why they chose this property
I have owned this place since 2011 and it has hardly seen a vacant day! The reasons behind that are it is on a 1.65 acre tract surrounded by wide open yard and trees on the perimeter offering lots of privacy. There is a large parking lot and neighbors in the area but not within sight or sound. The best aspect is the short 2 minute drive to FM 2818 and 10 minute drive to campus.
What makes this property unique
With new the new Jones Crossing built nearby, along with the post office and Walmart down the road, this location can't be beat if you want to live more quietly but with all the conveniences.
