It is still a great deal during Sundance when hotel rooms go for over $700-$1000 per night. Close to theaters and Sundance Headquarters in Prospector Square area of town. Free public transportation stops next door. Pool closed for remodeling. Minimum booking is 5 nights, maximum 7 nights. It is still a great deal because hotel rooms go for over $700-$1000 per night.
