About this property

Miss Phinie's cottage is a cozy, historical cottage oozing with old world charm and nestled in the heart of the Old Arabi Historic district. Just 3 miles from the French Quarter, we are in a safe and family friendly area just 3 blocks from the Mississippi River. We have beautiful views of the city from the river as well as a good selection of local restaurants and bars, some in walking distances. For those that prefer to bike, we have bikes available so you can cruise the neighborhood! We also have a new neighborhood dog park just right around the corner for all the furry friends!

Stay in Arabi

It was a pleasant surprise, on the other riverside of downtown New Orleans, just 25 minutes drive away. Good to escape from the crowds in New Orleans, we loved the stay, the house was very convenient and we loved the decorations and the interior. Ally and Johnny were pleasant goods, we needed them 2 times and they were there within minutes. We would surely recommend it if you want to visit New Orleans and stay in a more quite location

Quaint, Quiet Stay

Our stay was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and even replaced the porch light quickly. The host was also very helpful with information regarding the area and how to navigate. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for a weekend trip for moms and daughters attending a volleyball tournament.

Back in time

This home took me a few decades, loved all the quaintness. It was very close to burbon street and all the excitement, day and night. It had all the things you needed for your stay and everything worked. Loved the fence around the yard.

Great house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was tastefully decorated, well stocked. We ubered everywhere and enjoyed our time touring New Orleans.

Great trip to New Orleans

Cute cottage in the perfect location for us. Quick trip to all the main attraction areas. I would recommend the property for anyone wanting to see New Orleans but not be in the middle of all the partying.
