Walking distance (and I really mean walking distance) to restaurants, shops, bars, galleries, and other attractions. 2 reserved off-street parking spots in a gated property (gate remotes provided at check-in). Private patio provides a quiet spot to relax and hang out with friends if prefer to stay in.

Fun Weekend
Location excellent and the gated parking so awesome. Neighboring bars bit noisy all night long, but it was expected based on the location. Will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here in this location. Anytime we can find a pet friendly location in the garden district, we grab it. And a great value. So easy to get out and walk. Felt very safe and nice gated off street parking. So much within walking distance including shopping, coffee and restaurants. This condo was very cute and nice upstairs/downstairs separation. Washer & dryer a bonus. May have some added late night cheer from the pub next door but not too much of an annoyance.

Great spot!
Rental was very clean and in a fantastic location! Just steps to shops, bars, and restaurants. Even the couch bed was super comfy to sleep on. Felt very safe and we loved that there was parking in a gated lot. The check-out process was the easiest I have ever experienced in a vacation rental...which was very much appreciated when we had to leave at 7 am to catch our flights home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Family vacation
Lovely apartment in the Lower Garden District with easy access to city buses, streetcar, and Hop On Hop Off Bus. Nice neighborhood. Great restaurants and shopping in the area. The gated parking is definitely a plus. Host was great and quickly responded to any messages we sent. This was my second time staying here, and I will gladly stay here again if I am able to return.

Great location for Mardi Gras at a great price
Great location, could easily walk everywhere. Liked the security of the coded gates. We didn't have a car but for those who do, the dedicated parking is a nice addition. Would stay again!
