This beautiful home has everything you need for short or extended stay! Close to downtown, University of Oregon, and many restaurants. With a gorgeous chef's kitchen you may never want to leave the house - but you will find many great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.

The backyard is a hidden gem enclosed behind automatic gate - with expansive deck, hot tub, patio/picnic table, shade cabana and firepit! So many ways to enjoy this professionally landscaped space - think of it as your summer living room!

This house is a fabulous home base for UO sports weekends, parents weekends, or graduation. Come for the Prefontaine Classic, or a long weekend of wine-tasting. Have you been to the Beermuda triangle in Eugene? Ninkasi, Oakshire, and Hop Valley Brewery's are close by, as are many pubs. Favorite restaurants include Hot Mama's Wings, Soriah, Cornucopia, Lion & Owl, Marche, and the Bier Stein.
