Upstairs duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Ideal location with views of the lagoon from the outside porch. Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a duplex. This listing is for the UPSTAIRS private unit. The downstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

* Free guest parking - room to park 2-3 vehicles on site.

All in all a great stay. The porches could use an upgrade and wish there would have been more dishes to cook with. If you plan on cooking there bring oven friendly cookware. Everything else was smooth sailing and handled 4 teenagers and 2 adults nicely. Very quiet location which was nice and all the neighbors were very friendly.

Porch was little scary. There were nails all around property got them in my new tires A/C filter and cover dirty so house didn't cool very well little fans were dirty not very much toilet paper there or trash bags couldn't sit at table on porch was always wet dripping off roof on to you loose tiles on floor .

Nice property, wide open living space and pet friendly. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Would be great if it was fenced in and the deck was replaced/repainted. A few extra dishwasher pods and rolls of toilet paper wouldn't hurt, either. Overall, a good place to stay for what it cost us. Thanks, Shonna!

First time renting a VRBO, the condo was spotless, clean ,organized and so roomy! Close to some great restaurants, we could walk to several of them We are planning to stay there next year when we come back! Loved it!!

Excellent stay. Perfect for our family including our fur babies.

We really enjoyed this location. Condo is spacious and clean. Easily slept two adults, three teenagers, and one preteen in addition to two fur babies. Easy access to the beach. Great location. Would stay here again for sure.
