We had a wonderful stay here! The condo provided everything we needed for our time in Maui. Our family was staying in the hotels on Napili Bay, but it was nice to have more space than a hotel room. We enjoyed having a great view, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a spacious bath tub in the master bedroom. Communication with the host was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent and Charming

Excellent decor, great views. My wife really loved the decor. We stayed at 2 of the Ridge Villas during a 2 week stay. We prefer this villa over the other we stayed at. Clean and very well stocked with everything needed. Just a lovely location that we've already recommended to others. Mahalo!

Good location with a beautiful view

The positives of this property was first and foremost the view.. we were able to watch the whales from the patio and just relax and enjoy. Two nights we were “entertained” with the Hawaiian music coming from the Ritz across the fairway which was fun. The location was great. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The downside was the unit was definitely in need of maintenance which was disappointing considering the price and the description said it was recently renovated… the worst was the floor was coming up in multiple places… We let the manager know so hopefully it gets fixed.

Great place to stay for the end of our trip. It was too bad that the AC unit in the main room was not working. We could have opted to have it fixed but decided we would live without it for a week. Luckily temperatures were not soaring during our visit but by the end of the week the humidity was annoying. The Stay Aloha people were great in their communications and even dropped off batteries for the bedroom unit remote which had corroded batteries in it. My suggestion for the future would be a monthly inspection of all remotes for battery checks..this has been a constant problem with rentals (not only in Hawaii) that the batteries don’t work which renders TVs, temperature control etc. useless. Otherwise, the bed was so comfortable, the living space excellent and both the kitchen and laundry worked well!

Aloha — thank you for your thoughtful review. I’m sorry the main-room AC wasn’t working during your stay and appreciate your patience. Our team was glad to help with batteries for the bedroom remote and we did offer repair options when the issue was reported. Your suggestion about monthly remote/battery checks is a great one — we’ll add more regular inspections to help prevent this in the future. Glad the bed, living space, kitchen, and laundry worked well for you. Mahalo for staying with Stay Aloha Properties; we hope to host you again.
