Property was very convenient for move in to Berry College. Great location without being in a crowded area. Neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Amenities at this house were appreciated. Kitchen is well appointed with all basic needs. Coffee maker and coffee provided. We noticed a lack of cleanliness on some floors / rugs however this was minor. Definitely would choose to stay here again in the future. Host was extremely communicative and helpful!

We had a great stay! Three of us shared the space, and the 3-bedroom duplex was the perfect size. It’s very nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable.Parking was easy with space for two cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was our only initial concern, but we had no issues at during our stay.The host was very responsive and kept us informed when the WiFi went out due to an outage, which we appreciated. Just a quick drive to the Rome Tennis Center was ideal for us.

Pleasant stay, again.

Nice interior and off street parking. Someone put in effort to make the interior comfortable and clean. Lee doesn’t leave an excessive cleaning to do list.

The interior of this property is wonderful. Spacious, clean, perfect amenities, and nicely decorated. The host is extremely responsive to messages and inquiries and is very helpful. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but the property itself is perfect. 10/10 recommend.

First impression of the neighborhood was somewhat questionable but it wasn’t bad to stay in. No one bothered us, in fact we rarely saw anyone. We enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t far from the things we were doing. There were a few basics in the kitchen, but if you are ones to cook you may want to bring some specifics you need. The refrigerator doesn’t have an automatic ice maker and there is only 1 ice tray so you may want to grab a bag of ice. Beds were comfy and bedding was nice. The place was super clean and cute.

Good deal

Nice size, has w/d and kitchen, off street parking. The neighborhood is not appealing and the TV is one of those that you have to get it back on the internet to work,(which I couldn’t accomplish), but it is quiet at night and the inside is comfortable. It is better than the local hotels with normal closet space and two full bathrooms. It is a short drive to downtown and to the colleges. Checkout was easy and Lee didn’t ask for guests to do a lot of cleaning. I would definitely choose it on a future visit.

Family Birthday Celebration in Downtown Rome

This property is absolutely beautiful inside and very nicely updated. A little disappointed that the listing description was not as described. It does have a Cozy Farmhouse look and feel inside, but the home was actually a Duplex. Not sure how you list it and get stays but feels a little deceptive. Didn’t read the reviews prior to going but the place was very comfortable and very nice, so we were still very happy with our overall stay. It was very close to some great restaurants we enjoyed and to the family birthday celebration venue as the reason we were visiting Rome GA.

Misleading description of duplex

We did not end up staying here because as a group of ladies, we did not feel safe. House next door had 8 ft+ tall pile of trash in their carport which was only a few feet from this listing’s door and their license plate was missing from the car. The front door to this listing had a letter from a process server trying to server them papers, the smoke detector had been pulled off the wall with wires showing, and the house was a duplex which wasn’t mentioned. Nearby houses were in terrible condition, tarps over roofs, trash in yards, etc. Would have appreciated a more honest description of this listing.

If you are ever visiting the Rome, GA area, this wonderful, well equipped, comfortable and safe VRBO is the place to stay! The host was an absolute delight to work with.The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped with items to make great meals at home instead of eating out. The Keurig coffee machine was a very great way to quickly start off the day or unwind in the evening.The layout of the house is just as presented in the pictures, modern, spacious, safe and very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean, accommodating and accessible. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean.The host, Lee, was absolutely AMAZING! The host provided excellent communication, very detailed instructions for the check-in/check-out procedures and house rules. The host provided detailed instructions in advance of how to use various things in the house, such as, the keyless entry, the cooling system, waste management and the Wi-Fi. The rapid, detailed and professional response of the host was the absolute best that I’ve ever experienced on VRBO!Lee is a superb host & a pleasure to communicate with.The outside area was very pleasant, clean, safe and equipped with security cameras for additional protection. The parking was easy, accessible and safe.I highly recommend this VRBO, especially if you want a no hassle, clean & comfortable stay.
