I loved our stay here. We were in town for a friends wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The room was clean, had nice amenities, a beautiful view!! They thought everything through, plenty of towels, toiletries and more. I loved the pool and the view from the balcony, and I loved the high top table on the balcony, made for a super nice place to hangout and enjoy the views! Location was nice and near by all the shops and restaurants, right on the water. Place was quiet and peaceful. Super clean. 10/10

Nice, quite and relaxing

It was great for a quick trip! It was nice and quiet for me to decompress after a really long couple days of work. The view simply makes it relaxing and calming. Will definitely be back!

Little Getaway with wife before school starts

It was a very nice and cozy property. Easy access to Destin and numerous things to do with in an hour of the condo. Good pool and nice view of the sound. Would love to come again!

Wonderful stay!

James was a wonderful host! His unit is beautiful, and he has added a lot of little touches that make the stay even more wonderful! The view is fantastic, and he has a great table and chairs on the balcony that are perfect for morning coffee, and enjoying the colors of the setting sun. Would definitely stay again!

Small efficiency was all we needed. Nice property, but not much different than a large hotel room. With service fees and cleaning fees a hotel would have been more economical.

Close to everything

Good unit with everything you would need. Manager was very on top with communication. To be fair, I was only there to sleep and shower. The walls are thin, so if quietness is something you value ... Otherwise a great choice.

Beware of check in/out time

Please check the check in and out time with the host. It's very misleading by the host, I booked the trip and my reservation said that check out time for 11am. However, the night before check out, the host said to check out by 10 am CST, I clarified and pointed to reservation that checkout time was at 11 am CST. But he kept sending messages about being at 10am despite the reservation showing 11. Also, confirmed with VRBO agent about the timing that it was 11am. I think the host could have handled this situation much better rather being adamant about checking out at 10am (even though it was his fault). I had two small children with me (host knew) and we had to rush them out in the morning to be ready, have breakfast and head out. We left the property at 9:48am cst time. I was very disappointed about the inconvenience and stress he has caused us. If he had an issue with with VRBO about time, then he should resolve with them and not us. We could have stayed until 11am but did not as we do respect and honor someone's property. Just very unfair!!! I will definitely not be booking with thos host again.

Why they chose this property

I love this unit because it is on the top floor and has a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the water and boat slips. This is perfect for anywhere from 1-4 people as it has a large queen size bed along with a queen size sleeper sofa.
