Looking for your perfect beachside retreat? Look no further! This charming studio condo offers the ultimate coastal living experience. Located within walking distance to the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters, this gem is your ticket to paradise.
Studio Efficiency - Only 50 Steps to the Beach!
This peaceful beach side condo is located on the 2nd floor and offers a beautiful morning sunrise view! Great for a couple's retreat or solo traveler, this cozy condo has all the amenities you'd need (and more!) for a fabulous vacation!
The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen with a two range burner, microwave, and refrigerator for all your dinning needs! Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves on a generous queen size bed. Also included is a twin small futon that would accommodate a child. The unit is also updated bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious closet.
The designated path out to the beach is fewer steps than high rise properties which include elevator rides and long boardwalks. Drive directly to your front door, enjoy the close beach and condo side pool, while sitting outside and loving the beautiful sunset.
