Our AC went out one night and staff was very responsive and was fix first thing the next morning. The only complaint would be that the knobs on the kitchen cabinets kept falling off and the key pad to get in the condo wasn't working properly. Both very easy small fixes that didn't bother us too much.

Dealing with Anchor Management was very easy and pleasant. The only critique I have is the internet was very slow and the curtains on the guest room doors could be a little thicker material. Other than that everything was great from the location to the beach!

The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The complex was a little removed from the very busy areas, had easy parking and access, and had 2 pools and a lovely beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed staying at Pelican Walk again this year. This was our first time in unit 605 and we loved it. We definitely plan to stay in this unit again in the future. Loved the extra blankets provided in the living room and the bedrooms, really gave it a cozy feeling. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen counter space was awesome. Perfect for us to all help with preparing meals. Super thankful for the chair service that is complimentary with this unit. My only critique is that the guest bedroom with the window facing the outside walkway could us curtains because at night it was still very bright from the outside hall lights. Overall perfect stay and will be back!
