Pelican Walk 702 - Beach Front 1 Bedroom Condo! Stay Right on the Beach in our 1 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo with FREE Beach Chairs March through October! Unit 702 sleeps four guests at the Pelican Walk beachfront condominiums. You will love our spacious 1 bedroom bed in the master with private master bath, queen sleeper sofa, guest bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining/living area and the BEST part is the Gulf-front balcony! Guests have access to clubhouse and other resort amenities, including 2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally October through April), hot tub, gas & charcoal grills, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and tennis.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Pelican Walk twice per year since 2013, with the exception of a 2018 fall Hurricane Michael. I have always enjoyed staying here, the staff is amazing, the rooms are well kept, it is convenient to all of PCB, the ocean view is phenomenal. I expect to return in the spring and fall of 2024.
