The house was very clean inside; The backyard could be a little cleaner. We were gone all day enjoying the Atlanta area, which was great. So we were not in need of the backyard. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

It was a wonderful experience! The host was so nice and accommodating. They let us check in early and made us feel safe and welcomed in their home. I would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood seemed somewhat sketchy upon arrival, however, we did not have any disturbances. I understand the property owners comment about the floors, but there are some areas where it is evident they are rotten underneath. This would be a safety issue for someone who has unsure footing as it is very unlevel throughout the house. The TV in the main living room did not work most of the time, the screen would be working, and then it would go fuzzy. One of the bathrooms had difficulty with the water running until we discovered that it had to do with the touchless sensor being battery operated. The driveway is very steep, which could be difficult for some vehicles with low clearance. These are things I would recommend telling people about up front. The rooms were sufficient for our needs, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the seating in the common area was great. Close proximity to the airport made it convenient for us.

We noted your comment about the neighborhood being “somewhat sketchy.” We’ve hosted this property for four years and have never had a safety-related incident or complaint regarding the neighborhood. Regarding the floors, we disclose this to guests so no one is alarmed by the uneven areas. The home is older, and our contractors have inspected it and confirmed that it is safe. We also have plans in place to address the flooring. We would never continue hosting if we were advised that it posed a safety hazard. We were also surprised to read about the living room TV and bathroom issue, as neither was reported to us during your stay. We are available 24/7 through the VRBO app or by phone call and would have gladly addressed both concerns had we been made aware. As for the driveway, its design is unfortunately outside of our control, but guests have the option to park in the driveway or on the street. Thank you again for your feedback. We only wish we had been given the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay.
