This spot was spacious, clean, very nice inside, very interesting design, the check in process was very easy and flexible. We really enjoyed spending time in the yard with the chickens and goose! The price was very reasonable too!

Stop reading and just book it! Great place, pictures don’t do it justice… Very clean place and has all the accommodations! There are even some cool chickens and a duck my kids loved! Managed exceptionally well- Jared is great people and Joe handled things really well in his absence. It’ll be my baseball go to when I’m in town!!!

Jared was a friendly and accommodating host and the commune set up was so fun! Loved being able to see the chickens and ducks. Would definitely love to return for future visits to Phoenix.

The host was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for allowing us to check in early to prepare for my graduation ceremony at GCU!!!! I do have one small suggestion, having mirrors in the rooms will make you place even greater. It was a struggle for 4 women to get ready with the only mirror being in the bathroom. Thank you again for the great experience.

The host is great, and the house worked for a 1 night stop in Phoenix after we landed. It was myself, brother & his girlfriend & their son. It was very cramped with us 4, and we all felt that 6 people (as advertised) would be a VERY tight fit. It would work best for couples or singles. The bathtub was amazing & the host was very responsive.

Jared was a wonderful host, the place was beautiful and perfect for entertaining my guests. Jared was super friendly and accommodating for allowing me to throw my 21st birthday party there. I would definitely stay here again!

Jared was a superb host, not only was he super accommodating he was a fast responder/ great conversation! All star rating for the house as well, everything was clean and the bath room was beautiful decorated. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay , definitely will be back again!

The host was fantastic and incredibly flexible. He was so quick to respond to my communications. The location was perfect for my small event. Everyone had room but it was cozy enough so they could mingle. Everyone loved the patio. But truly the host is the best and is very considerate, he is always looking through the lens of the host and guests. Thank you so much!!!

Best house to stay out

I’ve stayed at plenty of houses on Vrbo and this one by far is the best. He made it feel so welcoming and right at home. He was so sweet and let me celebrate my 21st birthday there. He came to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would definitely recommend staying here because I know I will be back for sure.

Great little house!

Check in was a breeze. The keyboad entry made getting in and out so easy. Such a great little house. Wonderful bathroom. We used the house as a home base for my daughter's 16th birthday party, in between several events downtown. Very conveniently located. The group of teens loved having their own space to relax and cool down. The decor was fun and cool, but also comfortable for a movie and birthday cake. Now I want to come back and stay just on my own!

All in all it was a great experience! The owner was cool & the place had really cool features! It’s gonna sound silly but their fridge is awesome. It makes two sizes of ice and tons of space. The water feature is cool too. The bathroom is amazing, I spent a lot of time in that bathtub and the shower has a rain shower feature & hand held. It’s clear efforts were made to provide upscale features.The space was a great & looked bigger than I thought. I had a small get together comfortably. He was super cool about that too. You might be a bit worried when you arrive because it’s not a pretty street (but not dangerous or anything). Don’t panic, you can’t see the charm till you pass through the gates. The keypads on the doors instead of keys was awesome too.Suggestion for dog owners: The ducks & chickens are super cute but if you have a bird chaser like my dog it might be hard to get your dog to “go” in the yard. But there is a small park 5 min away on 13th st just north of McDowell with plenty of room & smells. :)
