Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull in the beige cushions on patio-loveseat & 2 side chairs- to prevent animal
damage.
Ensure all floor heaters are left unplugged and that Mini Split in primary bedroom is turned off. The two Nest thermostats can be put to 55 degrees.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
