Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home located on the bay and 8 min walk to Seaside Beach & Boardwalk. Come to unwind and relax in this 4 bedroom/1.5 bath fully renovated home. Easy walk to restaurants, bars & shopping. Quiet and convenient neighborhood where you can avoid most of the island traffic headaches.

5 Beach badges are also provided. See below for information on linens & towels.

-No pets
-No large parties or proms
-No smoking or eCigs allowed
-Booking must be made by someone 25+ only. Anyone under that age must be supervised by 25+ during the entire stay.
-5 Beach badges are provided during your stay (required June 12-Sept 3). There will be a charge of $100 for any unreturned badges.
-Sheets, and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not included.
Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-No prom stays,
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21,
-5 beach badges are provided for your convenience. There is a $75 charge for each beach badge lost.

Perfect Place for Family Trip

This place was perfect for our family trip. It was a great location and the walk to the beach and boardwalk was nice and easy. There was plenty of space, enough bedrooms/beds for everyone, and the outdoor areas were great. The kitchen was nicely done and had everything we needed, and we loved that it was open to the living room so we could all be together. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. While the house was on the bay side it was not a long walk to the boardwalk either. Craig was very helpful and available when we had questions.

Great place lots of room

This place worked out great for our time there. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was easy. There were plenty of rooms, nice updated kitchen, nice patio, quick responses from management!

House was filthy. Garbage was still in the garbage cans. We had a lot of ants in the kitchen urine stains on the toilet bowl not happy. We will be seeking our money back.
