The home is very comfortable and inviting. We had a little challenge with not being able to adjust the temperature...maybe it was us! :) Easy access to main roads and other Hudson Valley locations. We would stay again. Ben and Jen were accessible and responsive.

Just what we needed

This house was well maintained and in the perfect spot for us to be close to family without staying with them. The neighborhood is developing and the restaurants about a 5 minute drive were excellent.

What a sweet, cozy place. It was lovely as can be and incredibly charming. The amenities were beyond expectation and the “welcome-book” was incredibly helpful. Will definitely be back!

Friends tour trip to Headquarters of Jehovahs Witnesses

The house was perfectly located between the three facilities we came to visit. Hot showers, comfortable beds & wifi access just made our stay perfect. Thank you so much.

Hudson Valley Trip

Property fit our needs perfectly. Small glitch with entry but that was cleared up quickly. Area had a lot of restaurants nearby. The rib place was great. One suggestion for the property is to have some handicap help such as a grab bar in the shower.

Christmas in Newburgh

Check-in process was very easy. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We needed a place where my elderly mother could have her own room and shower she could get in and out of safely and this place fit the bill. Owners were very responsive to our concerns.

Nice stay

Overall it was clean, well cared for. Once inside it is pretty well handicapped accessible. Only minor suggestion would be a temporary step for the very tall outside steps and perhaps a handrail in the step in shower. All other aspects were excellent.

Explored Hudson

Selected this apartment for its central and convenient location to the Hudson area. Hudson Taco and Ms Fairfax were our two favorite restaurants nearby. Benjamin is responsive and included lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The AC was very much appreciated and the place was spotless.

Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful old home, nicely updated and decorated with period appropriate furnishings. PLENTY of room for the whole family to enjoy the stay. Street parking is a bit crowded but could usually get a spot within the immediate area of the house. Cool front porch, hopefully next time it won’t be in the 90’s so we can enjoy it more!

We had a wonderful. visit. The fall color was beautiful. The house was very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen was updated. We did not like the general neighborhood and the beds were not comfortable.

West Point Football game

We rented this home for a stay after the night game at West Point. We didn't arrive there until late at night. Was clean and parking wasn't a problem with many spots open.

Home away from home

The kitchen is compact but worked just fine to cook for the six of us. We enjoyed the cute dining room area and the living room was comfortable. 2 of the bedrooms only have double beds which can be "cozy", we're all thin so no problems for us. The house is old so there's noises but nothing that was a problem. Overall it was perfect for our group.

Cute and spacious

The space was clean and comfortable. Even though it was the middle of summer the window AC units kept the space cool (although one bedroom doesn't have AC). The kitchen was well stocked and the living room comfy. The provided HDMI cord to hook up or own laptop was also appreciated.

Newburgh house

Home was comfortable and clean and the owners/property managers are timely communicaters and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, but looks rough and is kind of sketchy. There was a skunk outside the property our last two evenings, which made for some excitement. Thankfully he left us alone.

We do have some nature around! Next time please let me know. Our neighborhood is full of families, and it is a middle class neighborhood with a diverse range of people from different multi-cultural backgrounds. We have never had a problem or safety concern. I’m glad you enjoy our place!

Great apartment!

Ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one is an en-suite that we really appreciated. Just 3 steps to get into the apartment so it was doable with my mother who has trouble getting around. Kitchen is well setup with all that we needed. Apartment was very clean with good quality furniture Newburg is a quirky town, with a real interesting mix of neighborhoods and people Hosts were great, and responded promptly to any questions Overall it was a great stay, and would highly recommend!
