Are you ready to spend some Happy Days at the beach? If so, this adorable cottage is perfect for your next getaway! You will feel right at home while on vacation. Located directly on the South Alder Park and less than a minute walk away from the Elk Creek Beach Promenade this is truly a great location! The park offers a Bocce Ball Court, community fireplace with wood provided, and outdoor furniture. The Elk Creek Beach Promenade becomes a forested trail that leads you down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

The covered front porch faces the South Alder Park and hosts a cozy park bench. The back porch is enclosed, a great place to unload your sand dollars after a walk on the beach! You'll also find a BBQ for your grilling pleasure.

Step into Happy Days and be greeted by very bright, cheery décor. The living room has a large screen HDTV with cable television, DVD player, and DVD’s. You can even snuggle up next to the electric fireplace upon your arrival. High speed wireless internet has a presence throughout the cottage.

The kitchen is completely furnished with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, everything you’ll need to cook your favorite family meal! There are plastic cups, bowls, and plates for the kids!

The dining room looks into the kitchen and living room so family and friends will never miss a beat! The dining table comfortably seats six guests. Both bedrooms have oversized Queen sized beds and include a flat screen HDTV with built in DVD players!
The home has two bathrooms, one with tub and shower, and the other with a walk in shower.
