Had 3 towels for 9 people. Had to call twice to get more. Called twice about the broken dishwasher, and not only did they never come and fix it, the person on the second phone call was rude about it. Rooms are tiny, and usage of "game room" is very overstated. the room has no windows, no games, and is barely big enough to open the sleeper sofa.

Family get-away

Had to return 2 times to the office as the key code was not activated. Each time they said it would work but didn't. Everyone was nice. Place was fabulous. Just access to it was a bummer for the group. Thanks!!!
