What an extraordinary way to relax and enjoy a quality vacation. Between the waterfront views, private pool and hot tub, Riverside has everything you'll need. We offer you 2 King Size beds, a Full Size bed and plenty of additional space. Coffee in the morning out back overlooking the water with your feet kicked up is certainly what this patio was made for.

**The dock was taken out by Hurricane Ian and has not yet been replaced.**

**We do require a current Photo ID, along with additional rental documents and water/pool liability waiver to be signed after booking in order to fully secure the rental. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.**

Great Location and View

Upon arrival we fell in love with the beautiful view of the bay and the location in the Yacht Club area. We were not satisfied with the initial cleanliness of the house, but our property manager immediately addressed the issue. She was equally responsive to any other minor issues we encountered during our two week stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with, pots, pans, plates, glasses and more. We had more pool towels than we could ever use! The pool was very large and had been recently renovated. After some adjustments by the pool professionals, called to our house by the property agent, we enjoyed our time in the heated water of the pool and spa. Morning walks are the common activity for folks in the Yacht Club area, all of whom were as friendly as could be. We enjoyed walking to The Boathouse for breakfast on the water and Happy Hour. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our vacation on the waters of the Caloosohatchee!

Perfect!

Everything was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable and the views from every room are spectacular. Communication from the host was excellent. Highly recommend!
