Villa Scenic - Located right on the river and in the yacht club with its tennis courts, pier, and other facilities, Villa Scenic offers an ideal location and has everything you could ever dream of for a relaxing Florida vacation. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - including one with convenient pool access, provide plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The villa is facing south, the spacious pool with saltwater offers stunning views over the River. Thanks to huge sliding doors you can connect the living room and the lanai to basically one room.

The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you'll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. If you prefer to dine out, there are countless eateries to please any palate located just a few minutes away. Take a short stroll to the beachside Boathouse restaurant where you can enjoy live entertainment while watching the boats go by. The famous tiki bar and grill is in walking distance.

The villa's lanai has a coveted southern exposure, ensuring plentiful sunshine for idyllic days of lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa. Bring your boat or rent one of ours to keep on your backyard dock. Enjoy world-class fishing or cruising on the sparkling gulf waters. It is only a two-minute ride down the canal to open water with no bridges to slow you down. Or explore the local sights on two wheels with the included bicycles. Your perfect tropical vacation home awaits!

Beautiful location

The house was wonderful. We loved it very much. The view over the water was very special. The agency was very helpful. If you want to go to Cape Coral this is defenitly a house where you want to go.

This needs to be updated as we were moved from this Property bc AC was broken. This review would not be for that Property other than the Property DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 10 days of relaxation

Enjoyed all aspects of the house, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The location being so close to the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers gave us a chance to explore both sides of the river. The pool and spa was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation and the dock on the canal made for calmer water to dock our rented boat. Thanks again
