The area has numerous world-class surfing spots between Punta Banco-Pavones-Pillon as well as world-class fishing, yoga schools/classes, hiking, and much more we'd be happy to connect you with! The perfect place for family and friends, come enjoy this private Oasis!

Why they chose this property

I chose to build Casa Caspio here because you're fully immersed in nature. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with the ocean out front and lush jungle-covered mountains behind. You can find world class waves in both directions from the house, being in between Pavones' main break and Pilon. When the waves are big you can hear them from the deck, along with sounds of monkeys, toucans and so much more - It's truly a special place to experience Costa Rica!

What makes this property unique

What makes Casa Caspio unique is that it was personally built by me, bringing my experience in custom building into every detail. It blends a clean, comfortable interior with the beauty of the surrounding nature. The property is filled with exotic fruit trees, a private pool to cool off, and hammocks perfect for relaxing after a great surf. There's also a fully equipped kitchen so you can easily prepare and enjoy your own meals.
