Backporch designed with 144sq ft shade, relaxing sofa, bluetooth speakers, dual fans, dining table, grill, and smart tv– Enjoy and relax outdoors year-round.
The first floors include the living room, dining area, bar, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, separate laundry room, and half bath.
The second floors includes the following bedrooms:
Master: King bed, closet, balcony with beach views
Guest 1: Queen bed, closet
Guest 2: Bunk beds, one double/one twin
Each bedroom includes a smart tv
Full bath (tub/shower combo/toilet)
Half bath (shower/sink)
Playpen with mattress and sheets available in Guest 1 closet
Beach trolley and chairs available with rental.
