A floating dock makes accessing watercraft easy at full pool and later as the water level is lowered throughout the summer. 3–4 boats or jet skis can be docked during full pool in the spring and throughout the summer months. In late fall to early spring, water levels are lower making docking a boat not possible.
The location offers easy access to military bases in Montgomery, Auburn football games, and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Prattville (approximately 35–40 miles each). By car or boat, you can also reach Catherine’s Market, Springhouse Restaurant, and many other local dining options located at the many marinas around the lake. Seasonal concerts and Fourth of July fireworks are within boating or driving distance.
This home has been on the rental market for over since 2009 with excellent ratings. The last 7 years we were fortunate to have several full time renters, who have all left when they purchased their own lake home. So we are back offering short term rentals.
