Not even a mile north of the resort is a boat marina where you can rent pontoon boats or jet skis to ride on the Wisconsin river! The downtown area is a short drive away, just waiting for you to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Don't forget to sample Wisconsin's famous cheese curds! Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home as you sit on the plush furniture, curl up by the great stone fireplace with a good book, or stream a movie on the TV above the mantle. Prepare culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Best of all, a luxurious jetted hot tub is available near the sitting area where you can enjoy the view of the resort.

Inside the guest bedroom, you'll be met with airiness and relaxation resonating from the space. Relax while watching the large TV, or prepare snacks and little meals in the kitchenette to eat at the quaint dining table. Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
