The home is conveniently located on an asphalt road, so you won't have to worry about navigating through dirt roads. Additionally, you can park your vehicle under the raised house and porch, which can accommodate vehicles up to 7' high. Inside, you'll find a clean and comfortable interior with two bedrooms and a futon in the living room that can comfortably sleep up to six guests. The home is also in close proximity to several towns that offer grocery and dining options. And if you're up for exploring the area by boat, a boat ramp is just a quarter-mile away. We were both born and raised in Maryland, and BigJeff grew up on the Chesapeake Bay (Annapolis). Wendy is a county girl (Carroll County) and teacher. BigJeff is a real estate broker, musician, and yacht captain. We hope you enjoy Butterfly Crossing as much as we do, and we are excited to share our awesome home and location with you.

Why they chose this property

A close trip from Jax/Orlando/Tampa/South GA/Tally and it's the perfect way to take advantage of an easy way to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Love just drinking my coffee on the dock and watching or listening to the fish jump. Close to many springs by boat or car and a day trip to and back from the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of awesome scenery, fishing, water stuff, restaurants, and snorkeling. Night life close by if you want it, and there are grocery, convenience, and hardware stores nearby.
