New Cottage within minutes from our Famous Springs!

Welcome to our cottage. You will have a comfortable stay at this brand new cottage located within 1 mile from Ichetucknee Springs & in close proximity to Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, Poe Springs, Rum Island & the Santa Fe River. You will also have direct access to Ichetucknee River through the private park located within the subdivision. Many of our guests enjoy being able to swim and relax close by. Build a fire or relax on the front or back deck & breath in the fresh air. There is plenty of yard space for the kids. Due to the laid-back country setting of the subdivision, many of the residents travel by side-by-sides or golfcarts and you are welcome to bring your own!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you move the outside furniture to another location, please place it in its original location before checking out. Hang the hammock in the shed/laundry room.
The key to the private park is hanging on the hook when you enter the house. The key must be returned because it cannot be replaced until next year. A fee of $200.00 will be charged if not returned
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave a fire unattended if you use the firepit.

Sidney and I remodeled the house from to bottom, floors, drywall, HVAC, all new appliances, etc. We worked hard during the process. Sidney is a carpenter and handyman and I am a commercial real estate Paralegal, and work for an attorney who was my best friend growing up. We both grew up in Florida small towns. We are southern and country!

Why they chose this property

We chose the neighborhood because of direct private access to the Itchetucknee River and for the larger wooded and private lot. All of the springs are in close proximity to the house!

What makes this property unique

Good neighbors, private, large covered decks to enjoy the outdoor living. Also, most residents travel through the neighborhood on 4-wheelers, side-by-sides and golf carts. It is a very large subdivision with lime-rock and paved roads.
