The Space 
With three bedrooms, a bonus–bunk room, two living spaces with Smart TVs, a game area, and plenty of kitchen space—this home away from home is large enough for a group but cozy enough for a couple.  

Whether you’ve spent the day sipping wine, or hiking the trails, there’s a place for you by the fire. The outdoor fire pit has three swings, and two comfy hammock chairs. Adjust the lights for a moody glow, grab a drink and a friend, and let your worries melt away under the stars by the fire’s edge.   

There’s much to do, and more to see. This is your moment—the one you’ve needed to slip away from the busy run of life and let your mind wander through the beauty of nature. Come enjoy a sweet weekend of beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain bliss, nestled in Nellysford, Virginia.  

Looking for more space? We have another house on our property! The Carriage House will be available mid-March. Both properties have their own private spaces.  The home sleeps up to 6 guest. Rent both homes and have up to 18 guest! Send us a message if you are interested.

Our home is just off the 151 wine/brew trail in a quiet country neighborhood  We work directly with Afton Coach LLC. Book with us and you will receive a discount through them.   Services: Wine and Beer tours, Bachelorette & Bachelor parties, UVA Games, Downtown Charlottesville, Weddings, Concerts & Events, Door to Door, and Airport.  


Other things to note:
Route 151 is famously known for 26 wineries, breweries, ciders, and distilleries. We are lucky enough to be in the heart of it all! Always check online to confirm hours, services, reservations and live music!
