This clean, one-story Modern Farmhouse sits in the heart of the 151 corridor and is WALKING DISTANCE to Three Notch’d Distillery, local restaurants, and downtown Nellysford’s shops!
Just a short drive to Devil’s Backbone, Bold Rock, Wintergreen, and more. PLUS—enjoy the HOT TUB!

The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk or drive to "rural" downtown.
There are two keypad entry doors to the property.

Why they chose this property
We love that you can walk to so much from this property. The new Three Notch'd distillery is a great add to the neighborhood, but you can also walk to several restaurants, a bakery, and even a local grocery store.
What makes this property unique
This property is a combination of 1950's architecture but a modern farmhouse motif. The living space is wide open for vacation time hangouts.
