We booked this place and it was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all of the amenities of home and had an enjoyable stay. We will be booking again on our next trip to Utah.
This place was wonderful. We found the spaces to so accommodating, well designed and enough room for everyone to relax. Thanks for providing a beautiful comfortable place to stay!
Loved staying at this house! Practically brand new and was nicely styled. Home had everything we needed- the Tesla charger was a nice add! Located in a convenient area for seeing all the sights around Salt Lake.
Nice, clean, well equipped property.
Enjoyed hosting nearby family members for dinner in this venue.
Manager/Owner very communicative.
Will stay here again!
We came to town for a wedding in American Fork. This was the perfect location. Only 10 minutes from MANY stores, restaurants, etc. House was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the puzzles they had on the shelf. Would recommend this place.
The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful and comfortable. All the basic conveniences are on hand. The hosts were communicative and cordial. Easy access to the highways. We had a great stay, and would definitely use this house again.
Overall we were very happy with the home. The kitchen could use a few more kitchen tools and a 9 x 13 baking dish, but was a great kitchen to use. Private back yard was very nice. Very important to me was the comfortability of the beds which was great.
The home is new and very clean. It had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with. It was a little difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood from the freeway.
We very much enjoyed our stay in American Fork. The host and hostess were very nice and made sure we had all the information to check in. We were missing a few things however they were very responsive.
The stay was during the week and a few people were working remotely. The home was nice and spacious and gave everyone room to work. The home was clean and very comfortable.
Our group was looking for a quiet neighborhood and comfortable place for a reading retreat. This property provided everything we were looking for. Comfortable beds, clean and beautiful home, tons of natural light, areas to gather and areas to be alone, all making for a fun stay. As a side note I appreciated the full selection of spices in the pantry. We did a little cooking and it’s nice not to buy a whole bottle of cinnamon when you only want half a teaspoon. The proximity to the lake was lovely, we enjoyed walks with the lake view, watching paragliders along the shore, geese, pelicans, horses and cattle. Would recommend.
This is a newer home in a dense but nice, up-and-coming neighborhood. The kitchen is well-equipped and allowed us to cook full meals for our families. Beds were comfortable, rooms are large with good closet space, and the open living and dining area was perfect for 8 people. Decor was very pretty and there were even some board games available!
Our only complaint was that the cleanliness could have used some attention to detail. Dirty interior windows, tons of built up dust and cobwebs on lamps/vents/porch/etc., random "things" stuck to walls, comforter in master had suspicious white marks so we assumed hadn't been washed, and the downstairs floors were not vacuumed.
I still gave this property 5 stars overall because the owners were very attentive and welcomed my feedback on the cleanliness. I hope they will give this property a really great deep clean because it perfect otherwise and we'd love to return in the future when visiting our local family.
We came in town for our daughter’s wedding. The home itself was large and very spacious. There is a decent amount of road congestion that made getting in and out of the neighborhood a little longer than expected. Good news is that should be resolved before too long.
Our only challenge was with the house thermostat and the Utah weather in April. It would be cold in the mornings but the thermostat was on lock down by the owner. Had to reach out to get it adjusted and resolved. The owner did cite others before us having abused the temperature but that was a little petty. I am a family man with my adult children staying in the house. I want to control the thermostat to experience comfort in the home.

Disliked: Communication
Great home
The home was a perfect fit for our family. It was a bit further from the freeway than I expected, but easy to work with.
The most disappointing part was the lack of communication with the property manager. There was a bug infestation surrounding the house. I contacted the property manager or owner to ask if their pest control company could come out and spray, as it was so bad we couldn’t even be in the back yard for more than seconds. We brought our pet with us and couldn’t even let her go out because she would come in covered in bugs and I didn’t want to bring bugs into the house. I contacted them and sent pictures and a video via text, to which they never responded.
Luckily towards the end of the week a storm blew in and the town came through and sprayed and it made a significant impact on the situation. We let the dog out, but still didn’t let kids go in the backyard.
