Perfect for us
We spent the weekend during a two night Luke Combs concert at Paycor. It was very comfy and we liked the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit. The master bedroom and bath were both roomy and clean. The second bedroom was much smaller but was fine for our daughter. We would definitely stay again if we needed a place in the area.

My daughter and her 3 year old son came with me to Cincy to celebrate a family birthday. This place was just great for us. Really had what we needed, and we’d stay again!

Cincinnati Jazz Fest
The condo was better than the pictures listed! The location is idea- it's 15 minutes from downtown, close to restaurants and the highway. The home is very spacious and provides privacy from the other guests. There is a stationary bike, which was cool. The only complaint I have is the beds!!! My husband and I slept in the master bedroom, and every time he sat on the bed- it fell in. Then, we discovered while in the bed that it cradles you- so very uncomfortable. What we discovered is that there are no planks holding the bed spring so when you sit, it falls in and when you lie down it cradles you. We choose to put the mattress on the floor the 2nd night and slept like babies. The mattress itself is comfortable, but the bed needs to be on a solid foundation. The guests in the other room felt like the bed size was inaccurate and the mattress was uncomfortable. However, with all this said, I would definitely want to stay again!

All good but the mattress
Mattress in master bedroom was horrible. I felt it was really two box springs on top of each other, instead of box spring and mattress. One was afraid to turn over because every time one moved it made a lot of loud noises, waking me or the wife up. Other than that location was great.

We needed to stay overnight to move our son out of his Xavier dorm. The location was close and our packed cars were safe in the driveway of the condo.

Clean house. Not in a good neighborhood
We thought this house was in Kenwood which is a safe area. This house wasn’t in Kenwood. The place smelled like cigarette smoke which was an issue for my son with asthma. The beds were terrible. The springs were worn out. Shower was clean and place was quiet.

We were in Cincy for a meeting and chose this condo for 2 bedrooms and 2 baths giving us privacy vs. a shared hotel room for the same price. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo. Only two things I would like to address with the owners…The bed in the master suite squeezes terribly and the carpet needs to be cleaned. Other than those two minor things, it’s a great rental!

I am a return customer to this house and this time one bed smelled like vomit and some strong detergent of sorts used to mask the smell. really disgusting. The manager/owner ignored my messaged until I demanded some sort of response and then took no reasonability and just said there is no issue it has detergent smell.

Rest stop on the way home
We just needed a rest so on our way home from traveling over the road for the holiday. This spot was just as pictured. Very cozy and the perfect place to rest up for our last lag of our drive home. Unfortunately we were unable to use the dryer because of the last tenants so we couldn't do our laundry, but if in the area again I would definitely book this location again. If you are a light sleeper you may want to sleep in the back bedroom. Overall it was a great start for my family and I.

Met my son, his wife and their four month old there for a comfortable stay wile visiting a family gathering in Cincinnati. A full bath at each end of the condo was an excellent arrangement for the three generations to have enough space and still have intimacy for the time together. In a gracious, well appointed environment.
