The cabin offers all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi (Starlink), self check-in, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Relax in the cozy living room and stream your favorite shows on the TV, or whip up a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the fresh air outside on 10 secluded acres while lounging in the hammock under the cedar trees.

There are plenty of nearby activities to keep you and your loved ones entertained during your stay. Rent a canoe, kayak, or raft and fish or float down the Meramec river at Blue Springs Ranch Resort or Ozark Outdoors, or nearby Huzzah & Courtois. Explore the stunning Meramec Caverns or go hiking, biking, fishing, or swimming at Onondaga Cave State Park or Meramec State Park. Take a day trip to nearby Saint James Winery or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the amazing restaurants in Bourbon or Sullivan.

Rest easy knowing that our cabin is equipped with 5 outside security cameras, providing you with peace of mind during your stay. Cameras are not actively monitored when cabin is occupied.

We require a valid photo ID (driver's license or government-issued) and rental contract to be signed within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, a $500 security deposit hold on a valid credit card will need to be authorized 3 days before the check-in date.

Wonderful restful stay

We loved the remote private feel of this property less than 10 minutes to town. Our poodle delighted in romping on 10 acres. We enjoyed great eateries in area towns and the nearby rivers and parks. The cabin is beautifully appointed, everything you need provided. Front porch sitting brought our stress levels down. Comfy couches, good TV and internet speed, restful memory foam mattress. Perfect host. Thanks so much for a great stay!

If you want a secluded cabin, this is it. Super cool setting and the log cabin has a classy rustic vibe. If we happen to be traveling through that area again, we will definitely stay there again. It’s a hidden gem!

Perfect Cabin in the Woods

We rented this cabin for a visiting friend and his family. They own a bed and breakfast in California wine country, so they know a quality place when they see it. They could not say enough good things about the cabin, from the decor to the well stocked kitchen. They loved everything. My wife and I are looking forward to a weekend getaway there ourselves!

Why they chose this property

Missouri has some amazing rivers, wineries, hiking, and caves, and Bourbon Missouri is the perfect place to stay and explore. This gorgeous log cabin was built in 1978 of white pine and was fully renovated in 2022. It's surrounded by beautiful cedar trees that stay green all year round. It's cozy and quiet and stocked with almost everything you need during your stay. You'll especially love how peaceful it is. It's only minutes from town and popular attractions.

What makes this property unique

The whole cabin is yours! In fact, you have 10 secluded acres all to yourself. The cabin is fully furnished and well stocked with a fully equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Bring your camera so you can take pictures of you and your family lounging in the hammock nestled between the cedar trees, having coffee on the front porch at sunrise while watching bunnies play across the yard, or making s'mores and stargazing around the large firepit at night. This cabin is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
