Beautiful spacious Cape Cod ranch house situated on a dead end street. The house can accomodate 8 people or more with three bedrooms and a finished basement with a bed and a sofa. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The closest beach is 2 miles away but have access to all the beaches in Barnstable.
A large backyard can provide a lot of fun time, which include a good size patio with nice outside furniture for your convenience. The house provide 32inTVs in each rooms and the living room has a 55in smart TV. The kitchen is supplied with every things you need to make a good dinner. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace opened to a dining room with a large dining table. You will find also a sunroom for your quiet leisure.
Centervile, Mashpee and Hyannis is a short drive where you will find multiple restaurants and shops.

We had a great time with family and friends. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to everything you would need. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all that you need.

Spacious house and property

The house is well maintained and beautiful providing a variety of spacious rooms for any activity family members would like to enjoy. We were 3 generations from 25-77 years old and all were able to have our own bedroom as well as multiple family gathering areas both inside and out! Beds were comfortable with good quality linens and towels. Would have liked a half bathroom for the downstairs sleeping area. This house can easily sleep more than 8 people. The location is in a beautiful area and close to a grocery store, shops, eateries and beaches. We met many friendly people just walking in the neighborhood or the trail around Eagle Pond.
