The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with 2 twins, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and a lovely sunroom. There is also a laundry room and a full bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with Queen sized bed and a master bath and great views of Cape Cod Bay, plus three other bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and one with 4 twins plus a set of bunks) There is also another full bathroom on this floor with a tub. New for 2014 - High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi) access.

The walk out basement of this home has yet another bedroom with two twins and some unfinished space where you can store your bikes or kayaks. This large home sits on the dunes of Sagamore Beach. Fabulous views!
