We spend a lot of time outdoors, and like to spend time in California (mom's favorite spot outside the Cape), so we open our home up to a small number of families so that you can experience the magic of our little town.

Why they chose this property

We think that there is a little bit of magic in this home. We came to the Cape for a winter weekend away, and found this amazing space. It has all of the modern amenities of a newer build, but has historic charm as well.

What makes this property unique

We think you will love the cedar hot tub and sauna (we just added them last fall), as they offer the perfect place to wind down after a day at the beach or touring.
