Welcome to the Popular Parkview Bay Development at the Lake of the Ozarks! Close to everything, you're staying where you want to be for both on and off the water activities! Parkview Bay offers 3 Pools, Boat Docks, and a Lake Swimming area with a Swim Dock. You're welcome to fish from the docks and the walkway around the water.

This Updated Condominium really stands out from the others due to the owners upgrades! You'll appreciate the walk-in level for the ease of coming and going without having to climb stairs! The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous looking out from the bar-height chairs on the covered deck...

The condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the deck overlooking the Lake, and a private bath with oversized shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and the second full bath is just outside the door. A Queen sized air mattress with pump is also available for use in the main living area. Both bedrooms have cable televisions and ceiling fans. The condo also has dedicated internet service with wi-fi, not a shared service like a hotel or resort.

Boaters: Our 30 to 40' Boat Slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Around the Lake Area, our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Quiet location

We enjoyed the easy drive and access to Wobbly Boots and the Osage Outlets. It was a very peaceful location that was not on the main channel. It was enjoyable to watch the fisherman and the quiet kayakers.The accommodations were very clean and tastefully decorated.
