Utah is a high desert climate and as such there is a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control company to service our property. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
